SeeProb Terms of Service

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Company") and SeeProb. Our SaaS platform provides you with analytical tools to measure Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) metrics based on your search queries.

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

By relying on our API allocations and dashboard infrastructure, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our platform's logic matrix.
• Utilize automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to mass-harvest the generated diagnostic reports outside of allowed API limits.
• Submit prompts or queries that are illegal, abusive, defamatory, or designed to exploit third-party AI models (e.g., prompt injection attacks).
• Resell our dashboard credentials to multiple unapproved third parties.

Billing: Premium (Pro) accounts are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Automatic renewal charges apply unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Profile settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Past charges are generally non-refundable unless required by laws specific to your jurisdiction.

Quota Limits: We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily pause high-volume accounts that drastically exceed our fair-use limits on third-party LLM API requests.

SeeProb aggregates tracking data and responses directly from third-party artificial intelligence engines (e.g. OpenAI, DeepSeek). We do not guarantee the structural accuracy, completeness, or stability of the AI-generated responses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeeProb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the generated SEO/GEO strategies, or the loss of brand reputation.
