How do I register and log in?

Click "Register" at the top right corner, fill in your email, username, and password to create an account. If you already have an account, click "Login" and enter your email and password to access.

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?", and enter the email address you used to register. The system will send an email with a password reset link to that address, click the link to set a new password.

How do I launch a GEO detection task?

In the "Start GEO Detection Task" area of the Workspace:

  1. Enter your use case or industry category (e.g., CRM Software).
  2. Enter your brand name (Brand A) and core competitor (Brand B).
  3. Select the target AI engine (e.g., DeepSeek, ChatGPT).
  4. Set the output language and the number of sampled questions.
  5. Click "Start Analysis" to submit the task to the backend.
How do I view the analysis report?

After submitting a task, it will be displayed in the "History Detection Tasks" panel. Once the task is completed, click the "Generate Insight Report" button to create your report. Once generated, click "View Full Report" to read the details, including sentiment analysis conclusions and data charts.

What is the difference between a Pro account and a Standard account?

Free users can run basic GEO evaluations (up to 10 queries). Upgrading to a Pro account (19.9/mo) unlocks a higher query limit (up to 20 queries) and enables "Real-time Search Engine Augmentation (RAG)" to get the most timely competitor data comparisons.

What should I do if a task execution fails?

If a task is aborted due to network congestion or other reasons, the history task panel will mark it as "failed". You can click the "Resume Task" button to have the backend system restart and continue the unfinished portion.
