SeeProb Privacy Policy

Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, password, and optionally your company name. This is required to provision your workspace.

Payment and Subscription Information: If you upgrade to a Premium (Pro) tier, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects billing and credit card information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage Data & Task Prompts: To perform our GEO monitoring services, we process the brand names, competitor names, and test prompts (Queries) you input into our platform to query third-party AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Doubao).

Automatically Collected Information: We automatically collect fundamental analytical records such as IP addresses, browser types, interaction metadata, and platform usage to maintain system security and optimize performance logs.

• To Provide Services: Operating the core functions of SeeProb, dispatching analytical API requests to third-party Language Models, and generating diagnostic Insight Reports.
• To Process Payments: Managing subscriptions, processing upgrades/cancellations, and sending receipts.
• To Communicate with You: Sending critical platform updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. (We do not send marketing emails unless explicitly opted-in).
• To Comply with Legal Obligations: Establishing data audits and mitigating fraudulent activities in compliance with applicable laws.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share operational data with trusted sub-processors necessary to run the platform:

• Third-Party LLM Providers: Brand queries are sent securely via API to OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Tencent, etc., strictly for generating diagnostic data.
• Payment Gateways: Stripe for robust transactional security and recurring billing matrices.
• Cloud Hosting: We utilize secure AWS cloud data centers depending on your selected regional compliance zone (North America / Asia).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you possess the operational right to:

• Access, modify, or correct your personal data.
• Request the deletion of your account and associated task data (available directly inside your Profile settings under "Delete Account").
• Restrict or object to specific processing implementations.
• Export your diagnostic task reports and billing history.
